Hi David,
I don't know if you remember my name, but you bought a few articles I wrote from Constant Content, and then you posted to my blog after I found out that my articles appeared on your website. Just wanted to let you know that I found the comment you left on my blog today, about a year after the fact, and I was not ignoring you. Now, I'm aware I sound like a crazy person, but that's not stopping me, as it never does. If you're ever interested in having a fresh voice for wanobe, drop me a line and maybe we'll see if I can add anything to your site.

Hi all,

I'm currently researching various weight loss programs and courses.

So, if you don't mind please answer in this topic: What’s your single most important question about weight loss?

Cheers, JD

According to recent estimates, nearly one in three U.S. In fact, many people have high blood pressure for years without knowing it. Doctors think that many things combine to cause HBP. Being overweight, drinking too much alcohol, and eating too much salt are risk factors because they raise your risk of having HBP. Doctors established a long time ago that happy and humorous people don’t fall sick; they don’t suffer high blood pressure and other debilitating ailments, just because they choose to be happy. You would agree that’s not such a difficult decision to make. Doctors often suggest you to decrease salt intake, as sodium can increase blood pressure. But this is an advantage for people with low blood pressure.

OK Dave - that's certainly some assurance. But how many brain cells do we start out with anyway and how many have we got when we reached 50/60? And since some say we only use 10% of our brain anyway (I'm the living proof of that)We've got a heck of a lot of built-in redundancy eh?

I'm a late boomer I suppose, being born in '53, but I have no real desire to retire - even if I had a golden nest egg, which I don't! I think working - and working at something you enjoy doing - has it's own rewards. Who in their right minds would want to stop doing something they enjoy doing and they can do? Perhaps reduce the time working and reset the work/life balance is OK, but otherwise enjoy life!
